1. Acceptance of Terms

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00), unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree that:

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ph369 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormant account maintenance fee of One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00) or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
